Information we collect
Website booking information. When you submit our online appointment form, we collect your name, phone number, treatment/reason, preferred date and time, and any note you choose to add.
How we use information
- To respond to appointment requests and patient enquiries.
- To send clinic staff an internal notification (for example, a summary of the next day’s bookings) so no enquiry is missed.
- To operate, secure and improve our booking process.
How information is stored & shared
- Booking data is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the clinic, and a copy is emailed to the clinic’s inbox.
- We use trusted service providers solely to deliver this: Google (Apps Script, Sheets, Gmail) and Pushover (staff push notifications). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
- Our booking form is protected from spam and automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-first CAPTCHA that runs invisibly with no puzzles. For this it processes limited technical signals from your browser, under the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. It does not use this to track you across other websites.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention
Booking records are kept only as long as needed to serve patients and meet clinic record-keeping needs, after which they are deleted.
Your rights & data deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To request deletion, email info.cosmoslimclinic@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, and we will action it promptly.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children without parental consent.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
